Board Meetings
There will be a Board Meeting held via teleconference on the last Sunday of each month. The meetings start at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (USA), which is 8:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (Liberia).
Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting will be held at a time and place as determined by the Board, preferably in either Liberia or the United States before the start of the Academic Year.
